Returns & Exchanges
At Reaper Supply Co., we don’t deal in disposable fashion. Every piece we drop is small-batch, built with intent, and designed to last. That said, if something doesn’t hit right, here’s how we handle it:
Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to decide if it’s for you. After that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on your order.
Condition
We can only take back items that are unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition. We have faith in the quality of our products, but we can't resell a tee that has been through a crash!
Refunds, Exchanges & Credit
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for another size/product (subject to stock)
- Store credit to use on a future drop
Sale Items
Items on 'Sale' for end of line or final sizes are final sale. You can still however change or return items that have had a discount applied.
Shipping
Return shipping is on you. We’re not Amazon, with free trucks running back and forth. We’re small-batch, and we keep it real. (Exchanges: once your return lands, we’ll ship your replacement out on our dime.)
International Orders
No international returns right now, once it crosses borders, it’s yours. Please check back in future for any updates on this!
Wrong Item / Faulty Gear
If we mess up (rare) but we’re human, we’ll make it right. Wrong size, wrong item, or faulty? Email us, send it back, and we’ll replace it free of charge as soon as stock is back on deck.
How to Start a Return
Hit us up at returns@wearereaper.com with your order number and what you’re sending back. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
At the end of the day, Reaper isn’t about quick flips or throwaway fashion. We build community through creativity, scarcity, and grit — so if your piece isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
